Join BJAK as a Full Stack Software Engineer focused on the AI Finance Agent. You will turn ideas into working products by developing customer-facing features, backend APIs, and operational systems across insurance, payments, and investing.
This position requires a product-minded engineer who can move quickly between frontend and backend tasks. You will collaborate with design and operations teams to launch features fast and improve them based on production data.
What you'll do
- Build customer-facing and internal product features from start to finish.
- Develop web flows, backend APIs, admin tools, and dashboards.
- Support products across insurance, payments, savings, and travel sectors.
- Collaborate with product, design, and mobile teams to launch quickly.
- Integrate APIs, manage data flows, and enhance production reliability.
- Use analytics and feedback to refine features after launch.
- Create tools that reduce manual work and increase business speed.
What you'll need
- At least 3 years of full stack software engineering experience.
- Strong fundamentals in both frontend and backend development.
- Experience with modern web frameworks, APIs, and databases.
- Ability to build useful products rapidly without perfect specifications.
- Good product sense, UX awareness, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable debugging issues across the entire technology stack.
- Must be currently based in Sweden.
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurtech, or marketplace platforms.
- Background in consumer apps or high-volume systems.
