You will join BJAK to develop their AI Finance Agent, creating customer-facing features and internal operational systems. The team focuses on turning ideas into working products quickly across insurance, payments, and investing sectors.
This position requires a product-minded engineer who can move between frontend and backend tasks. You will collaborate with design and operations teams to launch features and improve production reliability using analytics and user feedback.
What you'll do
- Build customer-facing and internal product features from start to finish
- Develop web flows, backend APIs, admin tools, and dashboards
- Support products across insurance, payments, savings, and travel
- Collaborate with product, design, and mobile teams for rapid launches
- Integrate APIs, manage data flows, and enhance system reliability
- Use analytics and feedback to refine features after deployment
- Create tools that reduce manual work and increase business speed
What you'll need
- At least three years of full stack software engineering experience
- Strong fundamentals in both frontend and backend development
- Experience with modern web frameworks, APIs, and databases
- Ability to build useful products quickly without perfect specifications
- Good product sense, UX awareness, and attention to detail
- Comfortable debugging issues across the entire technology stack
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurtech, or marketplace platforms
- Background in consumer apps or high-volume systems
