Join BJAK's global team to develop the AI Finance Agent, helping users manage spending, saving, and investing. You will work across frontend, backend, and internal systems to turn concepts into shipped products quickly.
This position requires strong product sense and the ability to handle full-stack responsibilities, from database logic to user interface design, within the fintech and insurtech sectors.
What you'll do
- Build customer-facing features and internal tools end to end
- Develop web flows, backend APIs, dashboards and admin systems
- Support products across insurance, payments, and investing
- Collaborate with product and design teams to launch quickly
- Integrate APIs and improve production system reliability
- Use analytics and feedback to refine features post-launch
- Create tools that reduce manual operational work
What you'll need
- 3+ years of full stack software engineering experience
- Strong fundamentals in both frontend and backend development
- Experience with modern web frameworks, APIs and databases
- Ability to build products rapidly without perfect specifications
- Good product sense, UX awareness and attention to detail
- Comfortable debugging issues across the entire technology stack
- Based in Spain with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurtech or marketplace platforms
- Background in consumer apps or high-volume systems
