Join BJAK to develop the AI Finance Agent, helping users manage spending, saving, and investing. You will build customer-facing features and operational systems across insurance and fintech products. This position requires strong full-stack skills and the ability to ship products quickly from rough requirements.
What you'll do
- Build customer-facing and internal product features end to end
- Develop web flows, backend APIs, admin tools, and dashboards
- Support products across insurance, payments, and investing
- Collaborate with product and design teams to launch quickly
- Integrate APIs and improve production reliability
- Use analytics and feedback to refine features post-launch
- Create tools that reduce manual work and increase speed
What you'll need
- 3+ years of full stack software engineering experience
- Strong fundamentals in frontend and backend development
- Experience with modern web frameworks, APIs, and databases
- Ability to build products quickly without perfect specifications
- Good product sense, UX awareness, and attention to detail
- Comfortable debugging issues across the entire stack
- Based in Austria with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurtech, or marketplace platforms
- Background in consumer apps or high-volume systems
