You will bridge complex backend systems with user-friendly interfaces to help stop financial crime in real time. Working on Sardine’s risk platform, you will build advanced graph systems and search tools that empower fraud analysts to investigate suspicious transactions efficiently.
The role splits roughly 60% backend and 40% frontend work. You will own features end-to-end, from defining problem spaces to technical modeling and UX execution, while collaborating with Design, Data, and Product teams.
What you'll do
- Drive product lifecycle from problem definition to iterative improvements
- Translate complex technical systems into intuitive user interfaces
- Develop and optimize graph systems to visualize fraud rings
- Build performant search tools for rapid transaction identification
- Collaborate with Design, Data, Product, and Account Management teams
- Diagnose, triage, and resolve bugs while writing efficient code
What you'll need
- Extensive experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Go
- Proven track record with data-intensive applications at scale
- Deep background in technical data modeling and data pipelines
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
- Strong ownership of ambiguous problems and independent execution
