We are looking for a GenAI Engineer to join a project implementing artificial intelligence agents. You will work with Vertex AI and Google Cloud Platform to build a system capable of querying and reasoning over enterprise data such as contracts, policies, and internal documentation.
The role combines hands-on development with architectural vision, requiring expertise in LLMs, RAG, and MLOps best practices to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
What you'll do
- Design and implement productive GenAI solutions on Vertex AI
- Work with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, Vector Search, and prompt engineering
- Design model orchestration architectures and AI agents
- Build secure and scalable GCP environments
- Manage IAM, Networking, Terraform, and Cloud Run
- Develop solutions using Python
- Industrialize pipelines via Docker and CI/CD
- Apply MLOps and LLMOps best practices
- Define architecture and development standards
- Provide technical support and mentor the team
What you'll need
- Over 3 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or GenAI roles
- Solid experience with Google Vertex AI
- Practical experience with LLMs and model orchestration
- Knowledge of RAG architectures, Embeddings, and Vector Search
- Experience with Prompt Engineering
- Strong knowledge of GCP
- Experience managing IAM and Networking
- Experience with Terraform and Cloud Run
- Strong Python skills
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD
- Knowledge of MLOps and LLMOps
- Ability to work autonomously and provide technical vision
- High B2 level English
