Lead the day-to-day clinical operations for Talkiatry’s psychiatry division, balancing provider flexibility with business efficiency. You will own utilization management, capacity planning, and cost control while partnering with product, tech, and clinical support teams.
As a business owner for this unit, you will drive revenue growth and quality improvements. The role involves strategic planning, data interpretation, and implementing processes to enhance patient care and clinician experience at scale.
What you'll do
- Oversee daily activities for a team of clinicians and manage supply and demand
- Handle utilization management, capacity planning, and billing consistency
- Own business unit P&L, driving revenue growth and cost control
- Partner with clinical leaders to implement policies for quality and efficiency
- Lead change management for new processes and technology adoption
- Use data-driven approaches to solve operational problems like scheduling
- Collaborate with analytics and program management to scale solutions
- Support commercialization efforts with strategic operations and marketing
What you'll need
- 5-10 years of operations experience in high-growth or healthcare sectors
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Healthcare Management preferred
- Background in banking or consulting with strong analytical skills
- Ability to execute operational tactics and measure impact objectively
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences
- Willingness to travel occasionally for office work and events
- Passion for mental health care delivery and supporting clinicians
