You will maintain the health of the Genesys contact center platform and translate business needs into technical solutions for voice, SMS, and email channels. Working with cross-functional teams and Salesforce colleagues, you will troubleshoot issues, implement features, and optimize agent and customer experiences.
What you'll do
- Maintain and support the Genesys contact center platform
- Configure and optimize routing, IVR, and omnichannel workflows
- Implement scalable features to solve business and technical problems
- Troubleshoot platform issues and resolve P1/P2 incidents
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions
- Monitor system performance and support CRM integrations
- Work with Salesforce teams on feature co-development
What you'll need
- 2-4 years in telecom roles like Genesys Administrator or Engineer
- Experience with Genesys Cloud CX is preferred
- Expertise in Genesys routing, API integrations, and omnichannel capabilities
- Familiarity with digital campaign management for SMS and email
- Knowledge of WebRTC troubleshooting and carrier routing
- Experience integrating Salesforce with contact center systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with business stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
