Join a Series C, YC-backed startup that has achieved profitability and serves over 5 million customers. You will help expand their AI-powered advisor platform from cars into home, motorcycle, and other physical assets.
Reporting to the CEO, you will tackle high-leverage problems across product, growth, and operations. This program is designed to prepare you to own a business line by exposing you to every function of the company during a rapid growth phase.
What you'll do
- Work directly with the Cofounder/CEO on strategic initiatives
- Execute big-picture strategies across multiple business functions
- Navigate operational complexity for new product verticals
- Prepare to take ownership of profit and loss for a business line
- Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and finance teams
What you'll need
- 4+ years in consulting, VC, private equity, or startups
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Ability to work in-person in Palo Alto for 6-12 months
- Strong bias for action and sense of urgency
- Resilient mindset with an owner mentality
How you'll work
- Onsite in Palo Alto five days a week initially
- Must reside in specific US states or Ontario, Canada
- Full-time salaried position
