Tenki is creating a market for scalable and tradable compute power, connecting producers with consumers. The team is currently building the consumer side, starting with GitHub Actions integrations, with plans to expand to virtual machines and AI agents.
As a Golang Engineer, you will architect and maintain the core platform infrastructure. You will design secure microservices fabrics, manage identity services, and implement robust DDoS mitigation strategies to support millions of users.
What you'll do
- Architect and evolve core gRPC API services using ConnectRPC
- Design a private microservices fabric for secure internal connectivity
- Manage identity services utilizing the Ory stack (Kratos, Keto, Hydra)
- Develop and implement DDoS mitigation and security strategies
- Build high-performance Golang services designed for massive scale
- Define immutable infrastructure principles for rapid reconstruction
- Write Engineering Requirement Documents to translate concepts into plans
- Collaborate with Application and Platform teams on API design
What you'll need
- Deep experience building high-performance concurrent Golang applications
- Strong track record in architecting and maintaining gRPC services
- Experience implementing identity services via OIDC/OAuth2 providers
- Understanding of overlay networking and service mesh technologies
- Knowledge of DDoS mitigation techniques such as eBPF or traffic shaping
- Experience designing systems with immutable infrastructure principles
- Ability to write clear technical documentation and requirement documents
- Comfortable working in ambiguous early-stage startup environments
- Fluent in English for global team communication
