Join DoubleZero as an SRE who approaches reliability through system architecture and automation. You will design and build control planes, internal tooling, and observability pipelines for a protocol enabling high-performance data distribution via a global fiber network.
This position requires a strong engineering background in Go and experience within large-scale production environments. You will work across networking and hardware boundaries to ensure operational maturity and eliminate manual processes.
What you'll do
- Design and build reliability systems using Go with an automation-first mindset
- Treat infrastructure as pipelines covering provisioning and deployment
- Develop internal tooling, control planes, and reliability infrastructure
- Own production readiness, alerting strategies, and operational maturity
- Work across protocol, networking, and hardware boundaries
What you'll need
- Background in SRE or Production Engineering at big tech companies
- Strong Golang engineering skills applied in production environments
- Systems thinking approach focused on scale and operational simplicity
- Experience building internal platforms rather than just operating them
- Comfort with distributed systems, networking, and low-level behavior
