SKELAR is a venture builder that helps founders create consumer businesses in sectors like EdTech and Mental Health. You will join a portfolio team developing digital products used by millions, focusing on visual design across web, app, and social channels.
The team values strong expertise and autonomy, offering an environment where designers can influence product quality and maintain visual consistency through established design systems.
What you'll do
- Create illustrations and graphic elements for web and mobile products
- Design visual content for all social media channels
- Generate images using AI-based tools
- Design and layout pages to support UI/UX workflows
- Maintain and scale the graphic design system
What you'll need
- At least two years of experience as a Graphic Designer
- Strong sense of composition, typography, hierarchy, and color
- Experience creating visuals for SMM and illustrations
- Understanding of digital formats, safe zones, and platform adaptations
- Proficiency in Figma and creating UI Kits
- Ability to work independently from idea to final file
- Skill in handling feedback and iterating quickly
- Experience with AI tools for image generation
- Ability to work within brand guidelines and ensure visual consistency
Nice to have
- Basic understanding of print production (bleeds, CMYK, cut lines)
- Experience designing corporate merchandise like stickers or apparel
- Experience working with 3D elements
