Join the marketing team at Foundry for Good, a self-funded company supporting nonprofits and mission-driven organizations. You will design digital and print assets that communicate brand value and help clients understand software tools.
What you'll do
- Design visuals for websites, emails, social media, and landing pages
- Create illustrations and infographics for educational materials
- Translate complex software features into accessible graphics
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams
- Support product launches and lead generation campaigns
- Create tutorial visuals and presentation decks for customer success
What you'll need
- Based in the Philippines with long-term availability
- Strong portfolio in digital design and visual storytelling
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Solid understanding of typography and user-centered design
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Good English communication skills for collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience designing for SaaS or nonprofit companies
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web design
- Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics tools

How you'll work
- Fully remote work-from-home setup
- Target of 42.5 billable hours per week
- Schedule aligns with US Eastern business hours
- Split shift: 9:30am–2:00pm and 8:00pm–12:30am PHT
- Long midday break from 2:00pm to 8:00pm PHT
