You will manage the day-to-day operations of the company's compliance framework, handling tools like Drata and SafeBase while ensuring adherence to standards such as SOC 2, HIPAA, and the EU AI Act. Reporting to the Head of IT & Security, you will work autonomously to build habits across the company, collect evidence, and interpret novel regulatory requirements for the business.
What you'll do
- Manage Drata administration, integrations, and manual evidence collection
- Maintain SafeBase knowledge base for sales self-service on security questionnaires
- Drive personnel compliance including policy acknowledgments and training completion
