Lead the dual-pillar function of IT and Security, ensuring technology enables business agility rather than creating friction. You will define pragmatic security policies, manage global infrastructure, and drive automation to eliminate manual troubleshooting.
Reporting to the Chief Product & Technology Officer, you will oversee a multicultural team of at least 15-20 people. The role requires balancing strategic leadership with hands-on management of cloud environments, compliance frameworks, and incident response.
