You will design and implement AI-driven automations to streamline workflows for UpGuard's Revenue teams. By leveraging tools like n8n and Large Language Models, you will create custom software solutions that integrate with CRMs and data warehouses. This role offers the autonomy to build cutting-edge technology that directly impacts user productivity in a B2B context.
What you'll do
- Design and build AI-native automations to boost team productivity
- Leverage automation platforms such as n8n for workflow efficiency
- Develop custom software solutions where standard tools are insufficient
- Integrate automations with CRMs, Customer Data Platforms, and Sales tools
- Interface with Data Warehouses using dbt and reverse-ETL platforms
What you'll need
- Proven track record of using LLMs to automate manual workflows
- Proficiency in Python and/or Javascript programming languages
- Expertise with automation platforms, specifically n8n
- Comprehensive knowledge of REST API architecture as user and builder
- Security-first mindset appropriate for a cybersecurity company
- Drive to build innovative solutions with unfamiliar technologies
Nice to have
- Experience supporting a B2B revenue organization
- Understanding of Sales, AM, and CS challenges in B2B contexts
- Deep hands-on experience with the n8n platform
- Significant prior experience with HubSpot
- Knowledge of GTM tools like Clay, Unify, and Usergems

How you'll work
- Fully remote working environment
- Physical offices in Sydney and Hobart available but not mandatory
- US hiring limited to specific states if role is US-based
- National police history check required before starting
- Reference checks required prior to employment
