You will design and implement AI-driven automations to boost the efficiency of UpGuard's Revenue operations. Working closely with end users in Sales and Customer Success, you will leverage tools like n8n and custom software to streamline workflows and integrate key business systems.
What you'll do
- Design and build AI-native automations for revenue teams
- Leverage automation platforms such as n8n for workflow efficiency
- Develop custom software solutions when standard tools are insufficient
- Integrate automations with CRMs, CDPs, and sales engagement tools
- Interface with data warehouses using dbt and reverse-ETL platforms
What you'll need
- Proven track record using LLMs to automate manual workflows
- Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript
- Expertise with automation platforms like n8n
- Strong knowledge of REST API architecture as user and builder
- Security-first mindset suitable for a cybersecurity environment
- Drive to build innovative solutions with new technologies
Nice to have
- Experience supporting a B2B revenue organization
- Understanding of Sales and Customer Success challenges in B2B
- Deep experience with n8n automation platform
- Significant experience with HubSpot
- Knowledge of GTM tools like Clay, Unify, and Usergems
