As a GTM Engineer at Runway, you will sit at the intersection of sales operations and software engineering. You will identify friction in seller workflows and resolve them by building custom tools, scoring models, and autonomous agents rather than relying on off-the-shelf solutions.

  • Build signal layers to prioritize BDR and AE queues with trusted routing
  • Develop and maintain GTM agents for research, briefs, and CRM updates
  • Own Salesforce commercial models including routing and territories
  • Automate deal desk workflows such as quotes and discount approvals
  • Create reporting dashboards for pipeline coverage and forecast accuracy
  • Measure adoption and revenue impact of shipped features and iterate

What you'll need

  • Five plus years in GTM roles with two years building revenue systems
  • Direct experience with sales quotas or managing SDR teams
  • Proven track record designing scoring or routing systems that improved conversion
  • Proficiency in Clay, SQL, and Python or JavaScript for API automation
  • Ability to demo previous builds like enrichment pipelines or agent workflows
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales motions ranging from 100k to 2M ACV
