Join Sequen to re-engineer business development with automation and artificial intelligence. You will own audience development and prospecting at scale, creating systems that convert inbound signals into qualified sales conversations.
This position requires building multi-channel plays across email, LinkedIn, and web while maintaining the enrichment and sequencing infrastructure. You will partner with sales and marketing leadership to align outreach strategies with revenue goals in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Own outreach, prospecting, and audience development at scale
- Build communication flows moving prospects to sales-ready status
- Develop target audiences for events and account-based programs
- Optimize automated sequences across email, LinkedIn, and web
- Maintain tooling stack for enrichment, sequencing, and data
- Partner with sales and RevOps to align with pipeline goals
- Instrument metrics to measure and iterate on outreach efficiency
What you'll need
- 3+ years of GTM Engineering or automated BDR experience
- Fluent with CRM, sequencing, enrichment, and workflow tools
- Ability to build multi-step automations without heavy engineering
- Data-driven mindset focused on measuring pipeline outcomes
- Skill in writing crisp, compelling outbound copy
- Comfortable building processes in ambiguous environments
- Bachelor's degree or comparable professional experience
Nice to have
- Light scripting or no-code skills like APIs, SQL, or Zapier
- Experience running outbound for technical or AI products
- Background building outreach for field events and conferences
- Prospecting experience in retail, e-commerce, or travel sectors
