Join the GTM engineering team at WorkOS, where you will bridge the gap between go-to-market strategy and software engineering. You will own the systems that identify, enrich, and score prospects, ensuring the sales team has accurate data and effective tools.
Your work will focus on building reliable infrastructure using Cargo, Clay, and Snowflake, while developing custom integrations for internal AI agents. You will ship production code, optimize data flows, and solve complex pipeline challenges to keep the GTM machine running smoothly.
What you'll do
- Maintain and improve core enrichment pipelines using Cargo, Clay, and data providers
- Develop fit scoring logic to evaluate companies against ideal customer profiles
- Build systems to sync event attendee lists into Salesforce campaigns automatically
- Create and maintain enrichment tools for the internal AI agent, Wallaby
- Collaborate with data engineering to keep Snowflake schemas synchronized
- Debug production incidents related to API limits, timeouts, and data failures
- Implement logging, observability, batching, and idempotency in all services
What you'll need
- Proficient in writing clean TypeScript or Python code
- Strong understanding of async patterns and database schema design
- Experience with GTM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, or Apollo
- Knowledge of how leads flow through CRMs and enrichment providers
- Ability to debug production issues using logs without direct access
- Systems thinking approach to handle scale and API failures
- 3+ years in GTM Engineering, RevOps, or adjacent technical roles
- Background in B2B SaaS with intuition for sales team needs
