You will establish Payments GTM Operations as a new function, aligning Marketing, Sales, Support, and Product teams. Your goal is to optimize the customer journey and accelerate revenue growth for Jobber’s Get Paid products.
Reporting to the VP & GM of Payments and Fintech, you will design programs and run experiments to increase product usage. This role combines operational execution with strategic planning to scale the financial backbone for small service businesses.
What you'll do
- Map and rebuild the end-to-end customer journey for payments products
- Design and run experiments to drive adoption and usage rates
- Define key metrics and hold cross-functional partners accountable
- Serve as the connective tissue between GTM, Product, and Analytics teams
- Analyze data and qualitative insights to identify growth opportunities
- Monitor competitor strategies in vertical SaaS and embedded payments
What you'll need
- Experience in operating and strategy roles at scaling SaaS or Fintech firms
- Background in Revenue Operations, GTM Ops, or Management Consulting
- Deep understanding of payments business models and growth metrics
- Strong data instincts with ability to measure impact and optimize performance
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to design scalable operational processes
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments

- Proficiency in SQL for manipulating large data sets
- Experience with financial services for small businesses
