You will join the Data & Financial Platform team to replace manual processes with reliable systems and automation. Working closely with the Head of Data, engineers, and commercial stakeholders, you will design and implement integrations across the GTM stack. The goal is to ensure core data and financial systems are scalable, useful, and robust against failure.
What you'll do
- Translate unclear process requests into clear technical requirements and implementation plans
- Build integrations, event flows, and automations using APIs, webhooks, and queues
- Choose between building, buying, or configuring solutions based on problem complexity
- Implement testing for failure paths, duplicates, and retries before production release
- Support deployed systems through version control, code reviews, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with platform owners to ensure clean data emission for performance measurement
- Document critical flows and recovery steps to reduce dependency on individual knowledge
What you'll need
- At least two years of experience in software, systems, or integration engineering
- Proven track record of shipping integrations using APIs, webhooks, or event-driven systems
- Solid programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- Working knowledge of SQL, Git, and code review practices
- Experience integrating business systems such as CRM, finance, or marketing platforms
- Ability to communicate directly with non-technical stakeholders and clarify needs
- Capacity to learn new systems quickly and select simple, production-ready solutions
- Proactive approach to handling API failures, duplicate records, and conflicting updates
Nice to have
- Background in marketplace environments or high-volume B2B sales
- Hands-on experience with iPaaS or workflow tools like n8n, Zapier, or Workato
- Familiarity with Snowflake, Customer.io, Gong, Clay, or similar technologies
- Experience with cloud runtimes, CI/CD pipelines, observability, or production support
