Join Dandy as a GTM Systems Lead to build and maintain the systems that drive sales, contracting, and customer growth across Europe. You will partner with Revenue Operations to translate business priorities into technical solutions, focusing on pipeline generation and quote-to-contract efficiency.
This hands-on role requires owning the Salesforce environment end-to-end, reducing technical debt, and implementing AI-powered automations. You will help shape how technology supports global expansion while ensuring data quality and process alignment.
What you'll do
- Serve as primary GTM Systems partner for European Revenue Operations teams
- Design scalable Salesforce solutions to improve sales productivity
- Triage incoming requests to distinguish system issues from process gaps
- Maintain Salesforce health by reducing technical debt and improving data quality
- Identify and build AI-powered automations for GTM workflows
- Collaborate with global teams on cross-regional initiatives and standards
- Own end-to-end delivery from build through testing and release
What you'll need
- 6–9 years in Business Systems, CRM Ops, or RevOps roles
- Deep hands-on experience designing and building complex Salesforce configurations
- Experience administering GTM application stacks connected to CRM
- Strong understanding of lead routing, quoting, approvals, and forecasting
- Track record of owning systems end-to-end in B2B or SaaS environments
- Fluency in using AI tools and understanding their application in GTM
- Excellent English communication skills for global distributed teams
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and push back on stakeholders when needed
