Join Dandy as a GTM Systems Lead to build and maintain the systems supporting sales, contracting, and customer growth across Europe. You will partner with Revenue Operations to translate business priorities into scalable technical solutions, ensuring efficient pipeline management and quote-to-contract workflows.
This hands-on position requires owning the Salesforce environment end-to-end, reducing technical debt, and integrating AI capabilities to automate repetitive tasks. You will play a key role in supporting global expansion while maintaining high data standards and system health.
What you'll do
- Act as primary systems partner for European Revenue Operations and go-to-market teams
- Design scalable Salesforce solutions to boost sales productivity and pipeline generation
- Triage incoming requests to distinguish between system fixes and process improvements
- Maintain Salesforce health by reducing technical debt and enforcing data quality
- Identify and implement AI-driven automations to streamline manual GTM workflows
- Collaborate with global teams on cross-regional initiatives and shared standards
- Manage end-to-end delivery from build and testing to release and post-launch support
What you'll need
- 6–9 years of experience in Business Systems, CRM Ops, or RevOps Systems
- Deep hands-on expertise in designing and maintaining complex Salesforce configurations
- Experience administering GTM application stacks connected to the CRM
- Strong knowledge of lead routing, opportunity management, quoting, and forecasting
- Proven track record of owning B2B or SaaS systems in-house with measurable outcomes
- Fluency in using AI tools and understanding their application in GTM workflows
- Excellent English communication skills for working with global distributed teams
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and push back on stakeholders with strong judgment
