Join Kiss My Apps as the Head of AI to lay the technical foundation for over 30 AI-first products serving 100 million users. You will transform disparate AI tools into a managed, measurable platform by building an internal AI OS, including model gateways, agent orchestration, and robust evaluation systems.
This hands-on leadership role requires balancing technical execution with strategic impact. You will drive AI automation in Ops, HR, and Finance, optimize costs through model routing, and ensure strict security and governance compliance while scaling the company’s AI capabilities.
What you'll do
- Build internal AI OS with model gateway, caching, and agent orchestration
- Develop MCP Gateway and resolve existing infrastructure gaps
- Implement offline and online evaluations using LLM-as-a-judge
- Monitor quality metrics like hallucinations and task success rates
- Enforce AI security against prompt injection and data leakage
- Automate workflows for Ops, HR, and Finance departments
- Optimize costs via model routing and build versus buy decisions
- Measure business impact and ROMI through controlled experiments
What you'll need
- 2-3+ years hands-on experience with AI/LLM in production
- 1+ year managing technical teams
- Experience with production LLM architecture including RAG and agents
- Knowledge of multiple LLM providers and inference trade-offs
- Expertise in evals, error analysis, and drift detection
- Understanding of AI security, GDPR, and EU AI Act compliance
- Strong unit economics mindset and cost efficiency focus
- Ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority
Nice to have
- Experience with internal AI or developer platforms
- Familiarity with Cloudflare, Vercel, Databricks, or n8n
- Background in consumer subscription products or app holdings
- Knowledge of B2C metrics like LTV, retention, and ARPU
