As Head of Design, you will define the design strategy for both the product and the brand. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to create intuitive experiences for complex technical products while establishing a consistent design language across all company touchpoints.
What you'll do
- Lead design strategy for brand, product, and company communications
- Own product design for the platform console and documentation
- Collaborate with CMO on visual identity and creative direction
- Build and maintain a unified design system for UI and brand
- Partner with engineering to simplify complex technical workflows
- Support marketing with website, campaigns, and sales materials
- Establish processes for research, prototyping, and testing
- Hire, manage, and develop designers as the team scales
What you'll need
- Significant experience leading design in tech or B2B software
- Portfolio showing strong product and visual brand design
- Experience designing complex technical products for experts
- Strong grasp of UX, interaction design, and information architecture
- Expertise in building scalable design systems and components
- Knowledge of brand identity, typography, and art direction
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Experience scaling a design function is strongly preferred
