Adapty helps mobile apps manage in-app purchases and paywalls, processing over $3 billion in subscriptions annually. As Head of Product, you will transform the omni-product business into a scalable growth system, defining metrics and processes that support app developers and growth managers.
What you'll do
- Own the product roadmap for the multi-product business
- Build and scale organizational structures and shipping processes
- Define and implement clear product metrics and goal systems
- Co-own product profit and loss responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and marketing on shared metrics like LTV/CAC
What you'll need
- 8+ years in product management with leadership experience
- Track record of shipping complex products and defining vision
- Strong analytical mindset focused on ROI-based prioritization
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English
Nice to have
- Experience building or running subscription-based products
- Background in mobile growth or monetization strategies
- Experience working with developer-focused products
