Join Kiss My Apps as a Head of Product to drive the expansion of one of our utility products. You will take complete ownership of the product lifecycle, from defining strategy and optimizing unit economics to managing the product team and collaborating with marketing on traffic acquisition.
The product already has significant traction and users globally. Your focus will be on stabilizing business metrics, establishing a systematic process for product experiments, and scaling revenue through development and performance marketing channels.
What you'll do
- Define product and growth strategies to scale the business effectively.
- Optimize unit economics including pricing, paywalls, retention, and acquisition.
- Build a systematic process for product experiments to increase revenue.
- Manage the product team and set clear development goals.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to scale traffic via Meta and CPA networks.
- Make key decisions on strategy, positioning, monetization, and roadmap.
What you'll need
- Experience with mobile products and subscription monetization models.
- Proven track record in launching new products or scaling existing ones.
- Strong expertise in product analytics and data-driven decision making.
- Deep understanding of unit economics and key product metrics.
- Knowledge of performance marketing and paid traffic channels.
- Experience scaling products for global markets.
Nice to have
- Experience with web products.
- Background in scaling via Facebook or ad networks.
- Previous work in the utility product niche.
- Experience in small, fast-growing companies.
- Practical use of AI tools for growth and automation.
