You will lead the Conversations product group end-to-end, defining the strategy for both the Inbox workspace and the AI-powered Copilot. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will balance hands-on product development with managing a growing team of product managers.
This position focuses on enhancing customer trust by integrating AI seamlessly into daily support workflows. You will own revenue growth, packaging, and the user experience for the company's most-used surfaces.
What you'll do
- Define vision and strategy for Inbox and Copilot product lines
- Drive hands-on roadmaps for workspace and AI features
- Own monetization strategy including seat and AI usage packaging
- Collaborate with Autonomy group to ensure seamless product integration
- Conduct customer research to understand support professional workflows
- Partner with GTM and CS to align adoption and feedback loops
- Hire, manage, and coach a team of product managers
What you'll need
- Experience owning core B2B SaaS products used daily
- Proven track record shipping successful AI-powered products
- Strong ability to co-own product surfaces across teams
- Data self-sufficient with strong analysis skills
- Technical fluency to discuss system architecture with engineers
- Excellent writing skills for narratives and decision-making
- Experience managing product managers while staying hands-on
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
