Join David AI's Data Operations team to oversee the quality of conversational, TTS, and transcription datasets. You will design review structures, manage vendor relationships, and ensure consistent quality benchmarks across global languages and regions.
What you'll do
- Own quality standards, calibration, and on-time delivery for all datasets
- Design quality review structures organized by language and region
- Audit delivered work products to maintain consistent global benchmarks
- Manage quality in non-native languages using gold sets and native speakers
- Plan capacity and source contingent workforce across multiple countries
- Ensure contractor engagements comply with local laws and classifications
- Build dashboards tracking quality, throughput, and cost efficiency
- Manage relationships with staffing vendors and employer-of-record partners
What you'll need
- 7 to 10+ years of experience in operations roles
- 3+ years in senior leadership positions
- Experience running quality ops for large global contingent workforces
- Proven track record owning quality at scale including capacity planning
- Experience building systems from tooling to workforce sourcing
Nice to have
- Experience with speech, audio, or linguistic data
