As the single point of accountability for Applied AI programs, you will drive project execution, customer outcomes, and delivery excellence. You will build the technical program management function from the ground up, mentoring a team of TPMs and project managers while partnering with researchers and engineers.
This operator-focused role requires balancing strategic oversight with hands-on operational management. You will standardize delivery systems, manage capacity planning, and ensure that complex AI training data and evaluation programs ship on time and within budget.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end delivery, quality SLAs, and customer satisfaction for all Applied AI programs
- Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Technical Program Managers
- Manage capacity planning, staffing, and resource allocation across high-volume programs
