In this role, you will construct efficient hiring engines that reduce reliance on traditional ATS tools. You will manage capacity planning and guide a distributed team to ensure research teams receive the talent they need.
What you'll do
- Overhaul hiring operations by adding robust, automated workflows
- Reduce reliance on spreadsheets through process design
- Set and maintain hiring quality standards and verification protocols
- Monitor key metrics to identify performance gaps and drive improvements
- Design and manage the headcount model for Hiring Coordinators
- Lead, mentor, and align a remote team toward targets
- Identify pipeline risks and conduct recurring process audits
What you'll need
- At least 2 years in fast-paced environments with hiring process management
- Deep experience designing scalable systems for high-volume hiring
- Ability to use team data to pinpoint and close quality gaps
- Strong English skills for cross-functional stakeholder management
- Social intelligence and strong organizational skills
- Experience with workflow design and process automation in spreadsheets
- Skills in capacity planning and headcount modeling
- Ability to define data-driven metrics and KPIs for recruitment
