This contract position involves leading a one-time, comprehensive implementation of HubSpot across CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs. You will design the platform architecture, configure automation, and ensure the system is production-ready for handoff.
What you'll do
- Architect HubSpot across CRM, Marketing, Sales, Service, and Ops Hubs
- Design data models, lifecycle stages, pipelines, and core objects
- Configure workflows, automation, lead routing, and scoring logic
- Implement and validate integrations with existing client tools
- Support data migration, cleanup, and quality assurance processes
- Build dashboards for operational and executive visibility
- Document system architecture and implementation decisions
- Deliver a clean handoff of the production-ready environment
What you'll need
- Proven experience leading end-to-end HubSpot implementations
- Strong expertise in HubSpot architecture and data modeling
- Hands-on experience building workflows and automation
- Experience integrating HubSpot with external tools or middleware
- Ability to manage data migration, cleanup, and QA
- Strong documentation and handoff discipline
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Client-facing delivery or consulting experience
Nice to have
- Hold relevant HubSpot certifications
- Background in RevOps or GTM operations
- Experience with B2B, B2C, or hybrid sales motions
- Familiarity with automation tools like Make or Zapier
- Experience building executive-level reporting and dashboards
