As a Human Data Manager, you oversee data engagements from initial scoping to final delivery. You assemble expert teams, manage production workflows, and enforce rigorous quality controls across multiple concurrent projects.
This role serves as the delivery engine for the Human Data Division, ensuring all artifacts meet frontier standards. You will track throughput, manage expert utilization, and maintain clear communication with leadership regarding project status and risks.
What you'll do
- Drive projects from scoping through staffing, production, and final delivery
- Manage timelines and throughput for several concurrent workstreams
- Staff projects with experts and calibrate contributor output
- Execute quality control using rubrics, verifiers, and evidence maps
- Track contributor metrics and manage hours against project scope
- Report status, risks, and escalations to strategic leads
What you'll need
- 3+ years in program management, technical PM, or data operations
- Experience delivering technical or data projects under deadline pressure
- Background managing distributed contributors or expert pools
- Proven ability to run multiple projects in parallel without quality loss
- Understanding of AI model evaluation metrics and rubrics
- Fluent English communication skills

- Experience in AI/ML data, evaluation, or annotation sectors
