You will join the Identity and Access Management team, responsible for how users access the entire product. Your work covers authentication, permissions, and authorization, focusing on frictionless UX and strong security boundaries. The current priority is migrating from self-developed tools to trusted industry IAM players.
What you'll do
- Own business-critical projects from conception to deployment
- Optimize observability and performance using tools like Sentry
- Apply backend and frontend skills to ensure smooth UX
- Collaborate with internal teams on tooling adoption
- Maintain robust testing, CI/CD processes, and release quality
- Support teammates through code reviews and pair programming
What you'll need
- Proven full-stack development success with TypeScript and React
- Deep experience with testing and release strategies
- Systems-thinking mindset with end-to-end process ownership
- Comfortable using AI-assisted tooling like GitHub Co-Pilot
- Strong observability mindset with ability to quantify usage
- Familiarity with CI/CD and common DevOps processes
- Strong communication skills in English
