Join Neara's India team to deliver engineering-grade digital twins of electricity grids. You will configure systems for utility clients, create data analytics dashboards, and optimize workflows using AI and machine learning tools.
Collaborate closely with European, Australian, and US departments to ensure project quality. This position offers the chance to improve automation processes and mentor new team members while working on large-scale infrastructure projects.
What you'll do
- Configure projects and integrate systems for utility and geospatial clients
- Build reports and dashboards for data analytics and tracking
- Design efficient workflows with a focus on automation and large datasets
- Identify improvements to enhance project speed with engineering teams
- Detect inaccuracies in digital twins and reconfigure automodelling dependencies
- Analyze client requests to identify innovative implementation opportunities
- Mentor and train new team members to foster continuous learning
- Report project status to internal stakeholders and international leadership
What you'll need
- Bachelor degree in Electrical, Geospatial, Computer Science or related Engineering
- 1-5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Comfort working with spatial/mapping tools and 2D/3D data
- Proven coding experience with ability to solve scalable problems
- Experience with cloud-based software solutions and AI tools
Nice to have
- Experience in GIS/CAD geoprocessing, LiDAR or FME
- Background supporting large-scale transmission or utility infrastructure
- Familiarity with Project Management practices and tools
- Proficiency in logical, lookup and reference functions for databases
