You will connect customer ERP systems like Eclipse, P21, and Infor with the the company platform. Responsibilities include technical discovery, endpoint configuration, API testing, and troubleshooting data issues. You act as the technical owner during onboarding and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth go-lives.
What you'll do
- Implement integrations between the company and ERPs using templates and API credentials
- Become a subject-matter expert on ERP data handling and authentication
- Join pre-sale calls to assess feasibility and answer technical questions
