You will connect customer ERP systems like Eclipse, P21, and Infor with the Canals platform. Responsibilities include leading technical discovery calls, configuring endpoints, and ensuring smooth data integration during onboarding.
This technical, customer-facing position requires becoming a subject-matter expert in distributor ERPs. You will collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and document best practices for repeatable implementation processes.
What you'll do
- Implement integrations between Canals and ERPs using standardized templates and API credentials
- Lead post-sale integration work including configuration, testing, and validation of data flows
- Join pre-sale discovery calls to assess feasibility and answer technical ERP questions
- Troubleshoot integration issues and escalate to engineering or support leads when necessary
- Document integration steps, ERP nuances, and best practices for internal and customer use
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth go-lives
- Occasionally provide support coverage via Zendesk as needed
What you'll need
- Two to four years of experience in technical implementation, integrations, or customer engineering
- Familiarity with APIs, REST endpoints, authentication methods, and JSON payloads
- Experience with ERPs or strong desire to learn systems like Eclipse, P21, and Infor
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Excellent organization and project management abilities
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, fully remote environment with high ownership
- Proficiency in English is required
