Join ElevenLabs as an Infrastructure Engineer to own the platform that powers AI voice generation for millions of users. You will collaborate with research and product teams to launch, scale, and optimize infrastructure, ensuring reliability and cost-efficiency for GPU clusters and cloud services.
What you'll do
- Run and scale Kubernetes clusters for inference and training across cloud and on-prem
- Configure compute, networking, permissions, and access for growing engineering teams
- Host and operate data systems relied upon by product teams
- Build tooling and automations to enable self-serve infrastructure for the company
- Lead end-to-end efforts such as cluster builds and cloud migrations
What you'll need
- Deep hands-on experience running Kubernetes in production at scale
- Strong experience with GCP, including designing and migrating cloud infrastructure
- Proficiency in Python and/or Golang for solving infrastructure problems via code
- Experience operating stateful systems like databases and observability stacks
- Solid fundamentals in Terraform, ArgoCD, and IAM management
Nice to have
- Experience with GPU clusters or ML training/inference infrastructure
- Familiarity with vLLM, Slurm, or bare-metal environments
- Deep networking experience
- Open-source contributions in the cloud-native community
