Join Augmodo as the primary infrastructure contact for European business hours, ensuring seamless support for EMEA and APAC regions. You will balance incident response with long-term infrastructure building, optimizing systems for growing international teams and customer deployments.
What you'll do
- Act as primary infrastructure lead during EU working hours
- Build and scale infrastructure for EMEA teams and customers
- Manage system health, monitoring, and incident response on GCP
- Automate deployments and manage Kubernetes clusters
- Establish async workflows for 24/7 team continuity
What you'll need
- 5+ years of software engineering experience in production
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or math
- 3+ years running workloads on Google Cloud Platform
- 3+ years managing production Kubernetes clusters
- Proficiency in Python and Go for automation and tooling
- Experience with Terraform, CI/CD, and observability tools
- Strong async communication skills for distributed teams
- Familiarity with agentic AI systems and LLM workflows
Nice to have
- Experience scaling modern data pipelines
- Background in early-stage technical companies
- GKE experience
