10x.team seeks senior innovation professionals to enhance the accuracy and practical relevance of AI-generated content. You will apply your real-world experience to help AI systems understand complex innovation challenges, strategic logic, and organizational change.
What you'll do
- Review and refine AI outputs on innovation topics like strategy and product development
- Evaluate content for commercial realism and strategic logic
- Draft realistic scenarios and case studies based on hands-on experience
- Create scenario variations from multiple stakeholder perspectives
- Identify gaps, flawed assumptions, or impracticality in AI reasoning
What you'll need
- Senior-level experience as Innovation Director, Strategy Consultant, or similar
- Based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK
- Several years of hands-on experience driving innovation or transformation
- Strong ability to spot weak logic or unrealistic assumptions
- Comfortable working independently with clear communication
- Available for 8 to 20 hours per week with immediate availability

- Freelance contract, 8 to 20 hours per week
- Fully remote, candidates must be based in EU or UK
