Join the Clinical Training team at Hims & Hers to support provider onboarding and ongoing enablement. You will design high-quality learning experiences that improve provider performance and patient care outcomes.
This position requires partnering with Medical Affairs, Product, and Care Delivery teams to deliver clear, impactful educational content across various modalities.
What you'll do
- Design eLearning modules, clinical guidelines, and job aids
- Partner with cross-functional teams on launches and updates
- Measure and report on the impact of learning initiatives
- Support strategic projects like lifecycle mapping
- Assist customer service training when needed
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field
- 5+ years in instructional design and e-learning development
- 2-3 years experience in scaling SaaS or B2C environments
- Strong knowledge of adult learning best practices
- Ability to distill unstructured information into clear content
- Comfort working independently in ambiguous situations
