Join the Insurance Product team to build and refine Lemonade Car. You will work closely with Actuarial, Insurance Operations, and Underwriting to grow the business profitably. The focus is on developing coverage for emerging segments like connected cars and improving rating plans.
What you'll do
- Develop new car products for emerging segments like autonomous vehicles
- Advance countrywide strategy through forms, coverages, and rating plans
- Partner with Actuarial and Underwriting on pricing and eligibility
- Create product specifications and prioritize features for shipment
- Collaborate with Operations to secure regulatory approval
- Research market trends and competitor moves for strategic recommendations
- Measure product impact to guide future evolution
What you'll need
- 7+ years of P&C experience with 5+ in personal lines product management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strategic mindset with ability to challenge status quo
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiasm for AI and willingness to learn alongside tools
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
Nice to have
- Technical skills in SQL, Python, or Looker
- Experience building dashboards or reports
