Join Super.com as a Full Stack Engineer to deliver features for fintech, travel, and SuperApp products. You will work across the stack, building services and frameworks while leveraging AI tools to accelerate development and iteration.
The team operates in a fast-paced, data-driven setting where engineers own projects end-to-end. You will collaborate with stakeholders to shape roadmaps and ensure operational health through monitoring and testing.
What you'll do
- Ship projects end-to-end using AI tools for coding and debugging
- Build and operate features across frontend and backend services
- Collaborate with stakeholders to shape product roadmaps
- Use data and experiments to inform development decisions
- Participate in weekly on-call rotations for production support
What you'll need
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Experience with Python or Node.js on the backend
- Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks like React
- Active use of AI in daily development workflows
- Strong communication skills for agile team collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS, Docker, and GitLab
- Strength in SQL and analytics
- Familiarity with DevOps concepts
- Experience in startup environments
- Background in writing end-to-end tests
