Join the Superhuman Mail team to redefine inbox management through advanced iOS engineering. You will own the technical vision and roadmap, collaborating closely with product and engineering leadership to deliver fast, reliable mobile experiences that serve as a primary growth channel.
What you'll do
- Own high-complexity engineering initiatives across multiple teams
- Define the one-to-two-year technical vision for the mobile platform
- Partner with product and engineering managers on strategy and execution
- Mentor senior engineers to improve judgment and technical influence
- Navigate organizational ambiguity to deliver key outcomes
What you'll need
- 8+ years of experience in iOS development or related roles
- Expertise in Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, and iOS frameworks
- Proven track record of shipping high-quality mobile experiences
- Ability to lead technical direction with limited guidance
- Experience working in 0-to-1 or early-stage environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to mentor others
- Fluency with AI coding tools like Copilot or Cursor
- Strong product instincts and user experience focus
