You will own the Issue Management Program, handling triage, root cause analysis, and remediation. Additionally, you will act as a project manager for critical product initiatives, coordinating across Product, Engineering, Legal, and Operations to ensure successful feature delivery.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end issue management including triage and root cause analysis
- Build processes and AI tools to improve efficiency and documentation
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Engineering to resolve issues
- Manage issue reporting for internal and external stakeholders
- Drive end-to-end execution of product launches and readiness
- Coordinate communication with banking and strategic partners
What you'll need
- 10+ years in tech project management or product operations
- Experience in fintech or technology sectors
- Background in issues management, compliance, or risk projects
- Strong data skills for building dashboards and interpreting reports
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Strong executive presentation and communication skills
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
- Interest in leveraging AI for operational improvement
