Join the IT team at ElevenLabs, an AI research and product company transforming human-technology interaction. You will collaborate with Security and Operations to maintain secure, scalable systems for endpoints, offices, and networks. This hands-on position focuses on delivering technical projects in identity, automation, and compliance to support company growth.
What you'll do
- Secure endpoints, offices, networks, and SaaS tools for global teams
- Deliver technical projects for identity and endpoint management
- Automate compliance checks and device configuration tasks
- Manage office infrastructure and network equipment during buildouts
- Ensure IT systems scale effectively with company headcount growth
What you'll need
- Background in IT Engineering, Technical Ops, or DevOps-adjacent roles
- Knowledge of IAM technologies like SAML, SCIM, and OIDC
- Experience with Okta and Google Workspace administration
- Expertise in MDM tools such as Jamf, Kandji, or Fleet
- Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages
- Experience managing Cisco Meraki or Ubiquiti network equipment
- Ability to maintain SOC 2 or ISO 27001 compliance standards
- Prior experience in high-growth or startup environments
Nice to have
- Experience implementing corporate security controls
- Hands-on work with VPNs, firewalls, and Zero Trust networking
- Familiarity with OSquery and Santa security tools
- Experience with Terraform or other infrastructure as code
- Open source contributions related to automation tools
