Join the IT team at ElevenLabs during a period of significant growth. You will collaborate with Security and Operations to manage identity, endpoint systems, and office infrastructure. The goal is to build scalable IT systems that maintain security without hindering employee productivity.
What you'll do
- Secure endpoints, offices, networks, and SaaS tools for global teams
- Deliver technical projects in identity management and endpoint automation
- Manage office infrastructure and network equipment during expansions
- Automate compliance checks and device configuration tasks
- Ensure IT systems scale effectively with company headcount growth
What you'll need
- Background in IT Engineering, Technical Ops, or DevOps-adjacent roles
- Experience managing enterprise-scale IT systems with automation focus
- Knowledge of IAM technologies like SAML, SCIM, OIDC, Okta
- Expertise in Mobile Device Management tools such as Jamf or Kandji
- Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages
- Experience managing office network equipment like Cisco Meraki
- Ability to maintain SOC 2 or ISO 27001 compliance standards
- Prior experience working in high-growth or startup environments
Nice to have
- Experience implementing corporate security controls
- Hands-on experience with VPNs, firewalls, and Zero Trust networking
- Familiarity with OSquery and Santa security tools
- Experience with Terraform or other infrastructure as code tools
- History of open source contributions or custom automation tools
