You will lead endpoint management strategies for a growing macOS fleet and drive zero-touch provisioning. Working with Systems Administrators and InfoSec, you will implement device trust frameworks and scale IAM workflows. The role emphasizes automation, operational efficiency, and maintaining strict security standards like SOC2 and HIPAA.
What you'll do
- Lead endpoint management strategy for macOS devices
- Drive zero-touch device provisioning and inventory accuracy
- Implement device trust frameworks using Jamf and Okta
- Administer and scale Single Sign-On environments
- Architect IAM workflows to automate cross-department processes
- Collaborate on Zero Trust security model architecture
- Ensure infrastructure meets SOC2, HIPAA, and HITRUST standards
- Serve as Tier 2 support for complex IT inquiries
What you'll need
- 3+ years in Systems Admin or senior IT Support roles
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Solid understanding of Zero Trust security concepts
- Proficiency with Okta SSO, lifecycle management, and Workflows
- Enterprise Mac endpoint and macOS administration experience
- Experience designing repeatable AI-enabled workflows
- Ability to participate in on-call rotation for urgent issues
