Join a small IT team where you will handle diverse technical challenges rather than repetitive tasks. You will support employees with device provisioning, account management, and application issues while contributing to internal knowledge bases and process improvements.
What you'll do
- Provide technical support via tickets, chat, and other channels
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues
- Support macOS and Windows devices throughout their lifecycle
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding tasks
- Manage business applications like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
- Maintain accurate IT asset and device records
- Document solutions and update the internal knowledge base
- Collaborate with Systems Administrators on complex infrastructure issues
What you'll need
- Experience in helpdesk, desktop support, or similar technical roles
- Hands-on troubleshooting skills for macOS and Windows
- Familiarity with common workplace SaaS applications
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and know when to escalate
- Organized approach with strong follow-through skills
- Comfortable documenting technical processes and solutions
- Patient and service-oriented attitude towards non-technical users
Nice to have
- Apple/macOS administration experience
- Knowledge of MDM platforms like Intune or Kandji
- Experience with Apple Business Manager
- Background in IT asset management and hardware lifecycles
- Administration skills for Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- Understanding of identity concepts like MFA and SSO
- Experience supporting remote employees
- Background in healthcare or regulated industries
